eLeader Sp. z o.o. and Finanteq SA publishes this Privacy Policy in order to inform the Users of the website eleadergroup.com about the aims of Personal Data collection, the fact of gathering this information and using it. “Personal Data” shall mean data within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922). The scope of data processing

For the purpose of a given service, the Controller may ask the User specifically for the following Personal Data: name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address. Personal Data are processed pursuant to the User’s voluntary consent, however, by failing to provide these data, the User will not be able to use a given service. The User grants their consent by checking the appropriate box in the form during the procedure of activating/enabling the services.
The Controller processes Personal Data in order to:

• send the Users – to their e-mail addresses or phone numbers – answers to queries they submitted via the contact form, on condition the Users have agreed to receive them. The Users may at any time withdraw their consent.
