Business Development Manager

We offer you a position where you will:
- participate in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies;
- evaluate and develop new sales opportunities for products;
- be responsible for achieving sales targets;
- monitor and analyze market data on the segment, customers, competitor activities and sales performance;
- actively acquire new customers;
- prepare offers, negotiate and conduct sales talks;
- represent and promote the company’s image by co-organizing and participating in conferences, trade fairs and other industry events;
- build and develop long-term relationships with clients.
Join us if:
- you have at least 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development area;
- you know English at a level that allows you to communicate freely (C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR));
- you have experience in the sector of new technologies and IT solutions;
- you easily establish contacts, you are characterized by the ability to speak clearly and persuasively;
- you have business and negotiation skills backed by experience and success;
- you are result- and goal-oriented;
- you use technological tools to support sales processes and data analysis (CRM, analytical tools, etc.);
- you have a valid B-category driver’s license and you are ready to travel on business in the subordinate.
Good to have:
- experience in product development;
- experience in the FMCG /CPG industry in the subordinate.
