eLeader, specializing in creating SFA/FFM systems for business, has prepared a new application, eLeader Retail Portal, which enables points of sale to carry out activities such as placing orders, service orders and complaints on their own and to ensure constant communication between the manufacturer and contractors.
The application is a response to the limited possibilities of sales representatives and enables ordering products actively, monitoring the needs of contractors and thanks to the combination of offline and online features in a single mobile app, maintaining a customer base systematically.
