Another conference and another fair gone by. This time, courtesy of PAIH, we had an opportunity to demonstrate our solutions at Singapore Fintech Festival.
Singapore FinTech Festival is the most important event for the whole fintech sector in Asia. The festival provides an occasion for stimulating meetings and networking, as well as numerous inspiring public appearances and lectures. Asia, until recently rather hermetic and favoring local solutions, is becoming a more and more attractive direction for fintechs from all over the world.
Finanteq demonstrated there its most recent product – Pocket Branch, a new channel of access to banking services which complements the offer of banks as an alternative to the traditional branch banking. Pocket Branch is audio, video and chat – an all-in-one solution addressed to those clients who do cannot or do not want to visit branches, but when it comes to managing their finances, prefer conversation or face-to-face contact with the bank’s representatives.
On the spot, we had an opportunity to talk to, among others, Sonia Wędrychowicz – a Pole acting as Managing Director and Head of Technology DBS Consumer Bank in Singapore (currently Head of Technology Transformation Consumer and Community Bank at JPMorgan Chase & Co – Ed.):
“I’m pleased to observe the increasing presence of Polish fintechs in the APAC region. This is one of the most developed markets in terms of mobile finance solutions, but you can never get enough of innovation. Polish companies such as Finanteq have a lot to offer here.”
Below: a few minute video footage of the event prepared by the organizers.
